Terms and Conditions – P4Y.co

1. About the Platform

P4Y allows users ("Creators") to generate payment links to share digital content hosted externally. Buyers ("Buyers") can pay to access such content through a one-time transaction.

2. Payments

All payments are processed through Stripe. We reserve the right to hold funds for up to 14 days before releasing them to the Creator as an anti-fraud measure.

3. Creator Withdrawals

Creators can request withdrawals once their balance exceeds $100. Payments are processed manually via PayPal or bank transfer.

By requesting a withdrawal, the Creator affirms that they are legally authorized to receive funds in their country and agree that P4Y is not responsible for their local tax compliance.

4. Refunds and Disputes

Buyers can initiate disputes or request refunds through Stripe. In the event of fraud or chargebacks, P4Y reserves the right to deduct the corresponding amount from the Creator's balance.

5. Acceptable Use and Content Policy

Creators agree to use the platform lawfully, respectfully, and in full compliance with intellectual property regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Uploading broken, empty, or non-functional files.
• Misrepresenting content (e.g., different file than advertised, unusable assets).
• Selling content not owned or without permission (e.g., links that you do not own to Figma, Notion, etc.).
• Using misleading descriptions, images, or previews.
• Simulating fake transactions (e.g., self-buying, stats manipulation).
• Spamming or using deceptive marketing tactics to distribute payment links.
• Uploading adult, violent, hateful, or otherwise prohibited content.
• Using the platform for any illegal or unauthorized activities.

All digital items submitted are subject to pre-publication review. P4Y reserves the right to reject or remove any content that does not meet our compliance or quality standards. Users may report infringing or inappropriate content via our contact page, and P4Y will investigate all claims promptly.

6. Violations and Enforcement

P4Y reserves the right to take appropriate enforcement actions in case of suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations, including but not limited to:

• Immediate suspension or deletion of the Creator's account.
• Cancellation and refund to the Buyer of fraudulent sales.
• Permanent withholding of associated funds, especially in cases involving unauthorized content or chargebacks.
• Blocking IP or device access for repeated abuse.
• Reporting to payment processors or legal authorities where necessary.

P4Y also implements Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to confirm the identity of Creators before enabling listings or payouts. Submission of a valid government-issued ID and other necessary documentation may be required to ensure legal compliance and protect the platform's integrity.

7. Buyer Complaints

Buyers can report problematic content via support@p4y.co. We will investigate within 72 hours and may suspend the involved Creator account during the review.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the latest version.
